More info from the artist: " For inspiration, I popped open the Sims and looked at the mermaids for reference and inspiration. Doki's tail is rainbow with sparkles. Her top and bow are made from the same seashells. I combined Ariel's classic red hair with Doki's pastel pink aesthetic to create her bright hot pink hair. Also, I added some scales and makeup to Doki. I'm very new at digital art and I learned a lot of new techniques from this :) "
